The third international branch is Thailand
Q. Would you please talk about expanding the business to Thailand?
The factory in Japan was founded in 1994 then expand to establish the factory in China, there are 2 factories in China but with the expensive land value expense trouble and economic trouble such as exchange rate volatility. We realized that we are not able to survive with only 2 branches and we just think about having the third branch in Thailand.
Though, there are many choices such as Laos, Vietnam and Burma that are suitable to be the production base with cheap price, on the other hand we suppose that Thailand is the best choice that suit to be the export base and finally Thailand was chosen.
Q. Why did you choose A-Cast?
Since 2014 that we just founded the factory in Thailand, starting with 1 accountant and 2 general staffs then everyone has to work hard and also got the several responsibilities caused that the 3 account managers has been resigned and including 3 accounting staffs too. Although we need to set up the account system but the staffs is not ready that is the trouble we have to face.
We’ve got the advice from the parent company that how about using outsource service instead?
So A-Cast is chosen from all of the company that the auditor offering.
We just talk and know about Mr.Okada’s experience,he is the president of A Cast Co.,Ltd. We’ve talk in short time but he is able to understand the trouble we have faced well and also provide the good advice.

Q. How about the service?
In our case, we will start by changing the accounting system, and we are currently in the process of migrating from the old system. We have assigned one staff member from our company to handle contact work with Acast and some accounting work. We do not have an accounting manager, but our business is running smoothly.
For the time being, we no longer have to worry about employees leaving their jobs, so we are able to concentrate on our main business. We will unannouncedly check the slips that you have handled, but you can rest assured that there will be no mistakes, and if there are any, you will be able to point them out.
In the future, we will continue to build a system to ensure correct accounting processing by adhering to the submission deadlines for consolidated and quarterly financial statements, including the head office in Japan and each overseas base. However, even if we are able to build an accounting system, we would like Acast to support us in other areas, such as recruiting. I think that it is hard to find a company that can consistently care for various processes of indirect work.

We were originally Nippon Contact Point and were established for manufacturing high-performance electric contacts for aircraft on August 13, 1939, and then changed the name to Ohizumi Aircraft Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., on March 25, 1944.
