Q. How about relationship with A-Cast?
Begin with the driver service and GPS tracker service then be introduced with lunch service “Kouba no Okan” and try the trial service for a week.
The warm lunch service provided to the staffs with the good feedback from them both Thai and Japanese staffs. The foods are not sweet or too greasy.
The food was served with the suitable amount and nutritionally.
After the company was founded for 6 years, I realized that the existing welfare benefits are sufficient or not then the company care for the staffs’ health and would like to pay for the lunch in order to the more welfare benefits.

Q. What is the reason of using automatic food vending machine?
Now, the company pay for the lunch allowance through the salary payroll, if we change to be Kouba no Okan, the lunch allowance will be deducted and the staffs may be not satisfied, although the foods are delicious but if the lunch allowance are deducted, their income will be decreased as well.
Finally, we decided to choose the automatic food vending machine what consist of lunch boxes, breads, instant noodles and other snacks.
Q. How about the feedback?
The best seller products are the price approximately 20 THB. There are many companies locate here and many people around here also visit and use the automatic foods vending machine. Sometimes it has been run out of stock before the lunch time so we would like A-Cast to fill the product up twice a day.

Q. What do you think about the welfare benefits?
The Japanese companies in international area such as doing business in Thailand, cooperation of Thai staff is a must, however by culture and living in different surroundings, working smoothly together with the same way if will not be easily. First of all begin with the open-mind mindset and trying to understand each other, the company provide the equal welfare benefits and specifical training. At last, we still keep thinking more and more about Kouba no Okan because lunch for staff.
