Q. Could you please tell us about your work?
Nagano Hidaka (Thailand) is the branch of the main company Nagano Hidaka Japan that was founded in 1963, we are doing about the polishing by sand blowing or the chemical in order to protect the product by 2 ways which is Barrel and Blat Barrel is refer to technology by using the rock for polish. Blast is refer to the technology by using the wind/sand compressive strength.
From the small market in Japan to international market
Q. Why do you expand market to Thailand?
Our president is very interesting in Thailand and got the chance from citizen machinery company that seeking the medium company in Nagano in order to support citizen machinery corporation and Nagano Hidaka is 1 of top 3 company from all that was chosen to expand to Thailand.
In that moment I’m not in the company but during in seeking the job and it is the right time with the Nagano Hidaka is expanding the market in Thailand, so I’ve got the good occasion.
Because about the last 4 years, the president and me are know each other and having a good relationship and during talking and exchange the attitude about any situations in Thailand, finally I was chosen to joining Nagano Hidaka and with the production situation keep decreasing in Japan. Therefore expanding business in Thailand is the right solution according the president intend and I am undertake here.
Since the first day of establishment until now, we are not wasting any money to the office assignment costs.
Q. Why do you choose A-Cast service?
I’m thinking about that for the new company establishment if we have to do the administration accounting and purchasing assignment will make the risky of fix costs and labor expense and A-Cast offer to service these stuffs.
If we have to hiring 4 people for doing 4 duties such as administration, accounting, purchase, human resource, the cost approximately 40,000 THB/person and 160,000 THB/month and 1,800,000 THB/year. We have to focus and pay attention to QA/QC.
