“allive® PEEK coat” is an innovative surface treatment technology applying Super Engineering Plastic (PEEK resin).
It overcomes the challenges of conventional fluorine coatings, such as “peeling” and “environmental regulations (PFAS issues).”
It combines metal-like durability with safety that meets food safety standards. Furthermore, it demonstrates “energy-saving performance” by optimizing thermal efficiency in heating processes.
It is not just a protective paint, but a functional solution that extends equipment life and reduces manufacturing costs.
In addition to completely fluorine-free options, we offer a PFAS LESS grade with fluorine content reduced to approx. 15%. This achieves an approx. 85% reduction in PFAS compared to conventional products, clearing environmental regulations while providing optimal functionality.
Superior durability and mold release properties drastically reduce “re-coating frequency” and “cleaning time” for molds and parts. This curbs running costs and improves production efficiency.
Achieves an astonishing pencil hardness of 9H.
Compared to conventional fluorine resins (H-3H), it is overwhelmingly resistant to scratches and abrasion, maintaining performance over long periods even in harsh environments.

Recorded zero peeling for “18 months.” Conventional Teflon processing required frequent re-application, but after switching to allive® PEEK coat, there was no peeling even after 1.5 years. Mold release properties were maintained, improving bread yield rates.

Reduced processes and costs by going “Mold Release Agent-Free.” Achieved the environmentally required “non-use of release agents” thanks to PEEK’s high release properties. Additionally, its chemical resistance withstands strong “alkaline strippers” used during cleaning, optimizing mold maintenance cycles.

Lifespan extended by “more than 4 times.” On ingredient lines for udon noodles etc., fluorine coating lasted only 2 weeks, but allive® PEEK coat maintained performance for over 2 months. Cleaning time was significantly reduced.
